Responsibilities

- Responsible for the hassle-free installation and timely execution of a solar project.
- Coordinate with various teams within the company such as procurement, electrical contractors, civil contractors and OEM vendors.
- responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility and complete execution with Safety.
- arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop Ground Mounted other various supported Electrical equipments selection of cables for plant including layouts schematic diagrams and calculation of technical Sizing, BOQ/BOM.
- Drawing/Document submission/approvals, scheduling, Factory inspections, proving the guaranteed prepared a generalized check list for review of all standard.
- end to end execution of solar projects (Rooftop and/or Ground Mounted) and AMC / Service Support.
- knowledge of IS specifications needed for the execution of solar projects.
- should have good knowledge for conducting all essential tests required in entire Solar Project Execution.
- maintaining of files and documents as back-up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists.
- provide with up-to-date weekly / fortnightly status report.
- develop MIS and ability to analyze market data.
- Responsible for carrying out Solar PV Designing and Engineering of Rooftop and EPC, Costing Estimations.
- Selection of Tilt/Azimuth, shading analysis, row optimization, DC AC loss analysis and calculations, DC field layout, generation forecasting/yield estimation, DC SLD etc.




- The incumbent may be required to visit project site as and when required.
- Generating business leads, prospecting, following-up and closing the deal for solar PV Rooftop EPC.
- Following up with Govt bids/tenders, liaising and applying .

Qualifications / Requirements
- Candidate should be BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electric/Electronics Engineer with minimum 3 years and above experience in the Solar Project handling MUST.
- Solar PV Rooftop and/or EPC Projects
- Knowledge in PVSYST and AutoCAD preferable
- knowledge in electrical design concepts Project Management Skills preferable.
- Self-disciplined and have good organizing abilities
- Good in prioritizing tasks and co-ordination
- Solar PV Rooftop and/or EPC System Design, AutoCAD, Cable Sizing, SLD, Layout,
- Cost Estimation, ETPA, Technical documentation.
- Solar PV Rooftop and/or EPC Project Sales experience and customer services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse multi-cultural community.
- Energetic team leader with an ability to train on features benefits and develop effective Team.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to travel vigorously.
