Responsibilities
- Arrange arrange and make available the tools machine program zig and fixture as per production plan
- To prepare tool and insert selection chart for different machining operations
- Monitor the tool life, to perform/arrange necessary repair of tooling
- To develop tooling, jig, fixtures to reduce machining cycle time in consultation with tool suppliers, engineering & design team.
- Maintain good level of housekeeping. Achieve goals within the budget
- Ensuring product and process quality meets specification required
