Job Summary

ImpactGuru is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Executive Officer to join our team in Ahmedabad and Bengaluru.

The role involves regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare partners, building relationships with hospital staff, engaging with patients and their families, generating leads and referrals, and coordinating with internal teams for timely lead processing and closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, doctors, finance teams, patient coordinators, and support staff.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned hospitals and healthcare partners.
- Create awareness about ImpactGuru's healthcare financial support solutions.
- Engage with patients and their families to understand their financial requirements.
- Generate leads and patient referrals through hospital interactions.
- Explain eligibility, process, documentation, and benefits to patients.
- Assist patients with documentation and application forms.
- Coordinate with internal telesales, credit, and operations teams for timely processing.
- Track daily leads, referrals, conversions, and disbursals.
- Maintain regular updates on referral pipelines and hospital-level activities.




- Build strong relationships with hospital staff to increase referral volumes.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1to6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance, or Financial Services.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. In Bengaluru
- In Gujarat We want English and Gujarati s mandatory.
- Comfortable with regular local travel and field visits.
- Experience with CRM tools, mobile applications, or digital onboarding platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
