We re Hiring: IT Technical Recruiter / Core IT Recruiter

Experience: 2 3 Years

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT and Core IT recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical requirement understanding
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment database
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within deadlines

Requirements

- 2 3 years of experience in IT Technical / Core IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical and infrastructure-based IT roles
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced hiring environment





Responsibilities

- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software

Must Have

- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
