Job Description Position Title: CNC Operator 1. Purpose of the Role

To operate CNC Turning Machines to support smooth, efficient, and high-quality jewelry production, ensuring accuracy, minimal loss, and adherence to safety norms.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Perform L2 facing of three sides and ensure correct process execution.

- Conduct ID radius measurements accurately.

- Execute QC procedures using Sizers and Vernier calipers.

- Monitor and control gross loss during production and submit daily tally reports.

- Maintain safe working conditions by following safety guidelines and instructions from seniors.

- Support continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

The CNC Operator should be able to:

- Achieve daily output of approximately 50-75 pieces through the turning process as per assigned categories.

- Identify and anticipate production issues in advance to ensure timely completion of products.

4. Competencies Required

- Positive knowledge of bangle and ring jewelry designs.

- Understanding of turning, boring, and width measurements.





- Hands-on experience operating Wakaria machines and universal lathe systems.

5. Role Specifications Qualification

- Any educational background, preferably with a Diploma in CNC/Turning Process or relevant experience in jewelry CNC operations.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in operating and handling CNC Turning Machines.

- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and measurement tools.

Experience

- 3 to 5 years of experience in CNC operations within the jewelry industry.

CTC Bracket

- 3.5 Lakhs per annum
