Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, design CRM solutions, configure SAP CRM modules, and support end-to-end implementation projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver effective customer relationship management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities based on business needs.
- Work on SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center processes.
- Perform business process mapping and gap analysis.




- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for development requirements.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Manage master data and CRM middleware monitoring.
- Support data migration activities and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
