Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to drive sales of NBFC and banking products such as personal loans, business loans, consumer finance, insurance, credit cards, and other financial products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, explaining products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, referrals, digital channels, and other sources.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable NBFC/banking products.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and other required documents.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for application processing and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan/product application journey.




- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/MIS systems.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, KYC/AML requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking, loans, NBFC products, and financial services.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Positive negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales, where required.
