Counsel Prospective learners , understand career aspirations , recommended suitable executive education programs , & drive admissions through consultative sales .
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students / working professionals
- Handle inbound & outbound leads
- Conduct phone / virtual counseling
- Explain courses , fees , eligibility & outcomes
- Follow-up & Convert targets
- Meet revenue / admission targets
- Update CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Deliver ethical , customer - centric counselling
Preferred candidate profile
Education : HSC accepted , Graduate / Post Graduate preferred
Experience : Hardcore outbound sales ( non-field). EdTech preferred but not mandatory . Excellent communication , Confidence , fluency & Sales aptitude are mandatory .
