We are looking for a passionate and impact-driven skilled to join our CSR/Volunteering team as Team Member Volunteering. The role focuses on designing, executing, and strengthening employee volunteering initiatives that create meaningful social impact while fostering a strong culture of giving back within the organization.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop volunteering plans and strategies aligned with budgets and available resources.
- Drive and manage volunteer program activities across the organization.
- Align the volunteering calendar with ongoing CSR initiatives and external partnership interventions.
- Monitor and continuously evaluate volunteer-led programs and implement corrective actions for better effectiveness.
- Build engaging volunteering programs that encourage higher employee participation and strengthen the culture of giving back.




- Integrate employee volunteering into future CSR and social impact programs and measure/report the overall impact of these initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of volunteering activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in CSR, employee volunteering, social impact programs, NGO partnerships, community engagement, or corporate volunteering initiatives.
- Strong program coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to plan activities, manage budgets, track outcomes, and prepare impact reports.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Passion for community development and employee engagement initiatives.
