The Assistant Manager Marketing will be responsible for managing and coordinating the organisations overall marketing activities and will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with the Marketing Agency for all marketing requirements.

The role will ensure effective coordination between internal stakeholders and the marketing agency, timely execution of marketing initiatives, consistent brand communication, and delivery of high-quality marketing collateral and campaigns aligned with the organisations business objectives.

Role & responsibilities

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies in coordination with the Marketing/Advertising Agency, ensuring timely execution, quality output and alignment with the organisations business objectives.
- Coordinating the organisations digital marketing and social media activities, including content planning, website updates, social media campaigns, creative development, videos and other digital initiatives.
- Coordinating marketing activities for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, customer meets, corporate events and other promotional initiatives,



ensuring effective planning and timely execution.
- Managing and maintaining the CRM for lead tracking, data accuracy and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, in coordination with the Sales team.
- Gathering market intelligence, monitoring competitor activities and identifying market trends and opportunities to support business and marketing strategies.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and the Marketing Agency to consolidate marketing requirements, develop appropriate campaigns and ensure effective and timely execution of all marketing initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/ Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
- 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, corporate communications or agency management.
- Experience in managing an external marketing/creative/digital agency will be preferred.
- Experience in a B2B / manufacturing will be an added advantage.
