- Prepare Order Completion Reports (OCR) and analyze estimated versus actual costing and margin deviations.
- Identify profit and loss reasons and suggest improvement areas.
- Track metal consumption, wastage, rejections, and rework costs.
- Monitor CM recovery, efficiency, and overhead absorption.
- Prepare costing MIS and management reports.
- Collaborate with merchandising, production, stores, and finance teams.
- Support pricing and cost control for future orders.
Job Requirements :
- CMA Qualified.
- Possess at least 2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Demonstrate a solid command over Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to identify cost leakages and implement corrective actions is essential.
- Exhibit an ERP-driven, detail-oriented, and factory-focused approach.
- Knowledge of Product Costing, Variance Analysis, Inventory Valuation, Stock Valuation, and Inventory Reconciliation is required.
- Experience working with ICWA is preferred.
