Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Freshers & Experienced Both Can Apply

Role:

You will handle customer queries via chat for a food delivery / e-commerce platform (US customers)

Responsibilities:

Handle queries related to orders, delivery, refunds

Provide quick and accurate responses on chat

Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction

Shift timing 6 pm to 8 am any 9 hrs (Rational shift)

5 day working 2 rotional off

Salary Bracket

Between 26k to 30k in-hand depends on their experience.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Valuable English communication (written)

Typing speed: 30 WPM+

Basic computer knowledge

- Position: Non-Voice
- Salary: 26,00030,000 per month (depending on experience )
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Location Eligibility: Candidates residing within a 20 km radius can apply
- Communication: Candidates must possess good communication skills with a C1 level in Voice and Chat Versant.
