JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and guide a field sales team of 15-25 members to ensure high performance and meet admission targets.

• Branch Operations:



Oversee daily operations to drive enrolment and expand ORCHIDS' presence in the market.

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with preschools and tutoring centres to support enrolment goals.
- Event Planning: Organize and host events to connect with potential leads and achieve targets.

• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare marketing reports to ensure targets are met and inform future strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: MBA

• Good Communication skills

• Extremely proactive and flexible in approach

• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

• Strong leadership skills

• Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).

• Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off).

• Compensation: 6 LPA (5 L fixed + 1 L variable)
