About the Role

Kyra Photon is looking for a proactive, people-oriented and highly organized HR professional who can help build a strong workplace culture while establishing structured HR practices as the organization continues to grow.

We are looking beyond routine HR administration. The person should actively contribute towards making Kyra Photon a better place to work—improving employee engagement, communication, recognition, accountability and overall workplace experience.

The ideal candidate should be approachable enough for employees to communicate openly with, while also being professional and firm when handling policies, performance and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the complete recruitment process across departments.
- Work with management and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source and screen candidates and coordinate interviews.




- Prepare offer letters, appointment orders and other employment documentation.
- Develop a structured onboarding experience for every current employee.
- Ensure new employees understand their roles, responsibilities, reporting structure, policies and company culture.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop initiatives that improve employee motivation, belonging and participation within Kyra Photon.
- Organize team-building activities, milestone celebrations, employee outings and internal events.
- Introduce and manage structured employee recognition programs such as the Kyra Excellence Awards.
- Coordinate monthly and annual recognition initiatives including performance, ownership, innovation, teamwork and other categories.
- Regularly collect employee feedback and identify areas where the workplace experience can be improved.
- Encourage employees to contribute ideas for improving the organization.
