We Are Hiring For 3 Regions - Work from Calicut Office

1. BDE - Kerala Market

Must Have: Fluent Malayalam + English

Focus: Clients across Kerala

2. BDE - Tamil Nadu Market

Must Have: Fluent Tamil + English

Focus: Clients across Tamil Nadu

3. BDE - Hindi Speaking States

Must Have: Fluent Hindi + English

Focus: Hindi states

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for FUJISHKA ERP inside and outside Kerala.
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp, email,



and online ERP product demonstrations
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions
- Manage complete sales cycle: Lead Generation to Deal Closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and develop ERP resellers and channel partners
- Maintain CRM and coordinate with Tech/Implementation/Support teams
- Monitor competitors and provide market feedback
- Travel for client meetings when required

-Generate, qualify, and follow up with B2B leads.
- Contact business owners, decision-makers, and management teams through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Conduct online ERP product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
