Job Description:

Position Title: AI Engineer

Role Summary:

Seeking an cutting-edge and highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy

advanced AI solutions that elevate our Data Science capabilities. This role will

partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable AI products

across marketing, sales, operations, and member experience, while ensuring

security, reliability, and responsible AI practices.

Work Hours and Location: Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office

on Eastern Standard Time Zone (Shift starts from 5.30PM IST)

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Engineering:

 Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging LLMs, NLP, forecasting,

personalization,



and generative AI use cases.

 Translate business problems into technical designs, model architectures, and

scalable services.

Model Development & Optimization:

 Implement and train deep learning models (e.g., transformers, sequence

models) using PyTorch/TensorFlow.

 Run experiments, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation; document results
