Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues – Provide first/second-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system problems, either in person, over phone, or via remote access.
- Manage hardware and equipment – Set up, configure, and issue laptops/desktops, peripherals, and other IT equipment to new and existing employees; maintain an inventory of company IT assets.
- Handle software installation and access – Install, update,



and license software applications; manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions (e.g., Active Directory, VPN, systems logins).
- Maintain IT infrastructure – Monitor and maintain office network, servers, printers, and other systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations; escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and documentation – Prepare and configure devices for current joiners, retrieve and wipe equipment from exiting employees, and maintain records/tickets of issues resolved using a helpdesk/ticketing system.
