Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to drive our injectables-led formulations business across ROW (Rest of World) markets including Africa, CIS, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Middle East. The role is primarily focused on expanding our sterile injectables portfolio internationally, with additional responsibility for select oral solid dosage (OSD) products, along with product registration coordination, distributor management, and end-to-end export business ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business strategy and market expansion for our injectables portfolio (lyophilized, liquid vials, ampoules, pre-filled syringes) across ROW markets, alongside select oral solid dosage products
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with distributors, C&F; agents, and institutional/hospital/government buyers, with primary focus on sterile injectable product lines
- Lead portfolio strategy and market-fit analysis, prioritizing injectable product registrations while managing a supporting OSD product basket




- Oversee dossier submission strategy (CTD/ACTD) for injectable formulations — including sterile manufacturing compliance requirements — in coordination with Regulatory Affairs, along with OSD registrations as needed
- Lead commercial negotiations for injectable supply agreements, tenders, and institutional contracts, alongside standard OSD distribution deals
- Own the complete sales P&L; for assigned ROW territories, with injectables as the primary revenue driver and OSD as a complementary offering
- Coordinate with manufacturing, regulatory, and quality teams — particularly around sterile/aseptic manufacturing timelines and cold-chain logistics for injectable exports
- Represent the company at international pharma exhibitions and partner negotiations, with emphasis on injectable-focused institutional and tender business
- Mentor junior BD team members/regional managers, if applicable
