Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, achieving production targets, ensuring quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Ensure smooth utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor production processes, productivity, quality, and machine downtime.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for resolution.
- Maintain production reports, records, and daily MIS.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Support reduction of rejection, wastage,



and production downtime.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and PPC for smooth production operations.
- Support root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in a production setting.
