Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead the company’s branding, digital marketing, agency coordination and promotional activities for our men’s apparel business, including shirts, trousers and other fashion products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating with external agencies, managing SEO and digital marketing partners, identifying influencers, improving brand visibility and driving customer engagement across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brands and market positioning.




- Plan brand awareness and promotional campaigns for apparel and fashion products.
- Identify recent marketing opportunities, trends and customer segments.
- Work closely with the Sales Head to support business growth through effective marketing initiatives.

2. Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Identify, appoint and coordinate with third-party marketing agencies.
- Manage external agencies handling SEO, digital marketing, social media, branding, advertising and creative activities.
- Evaluate agency performance, deliverables, timelines and ROI.
- Coordinate with agencies for campaigns, creatives, promotions and digital activities.
- Negotiate with vendors and agencies for better commercial terms and deliverables.

3. SEO & Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with third-party SEO agencies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance, website traffic, keyword rankings and lead generation.
