Experience: 6–15 Years
Salary: 50,000–80,000 per month
Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage daily production activities, ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Manage and coordinate production workers and supervisors.
- Monitor production processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure proper use of machines, materials, and manpower.
- Maintain quality and safety standards during production.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Monitor wastage, downtime, and production costs.




- Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace discipline.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
- Valuable team management and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of production planning and control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6–15 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing.
- Candidates with strong shop-floor and team-handling experience will be preferred.
