Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations. The person will act as a central point of coordination between different departments, ensuring that work is completed on time, orders and processes run smoothly, and operational issues are resolved quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily business operations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Manage the complete order processing workflow, from receiving orders to production, packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
- Coordinate with production, printing, packaging, warehouse, dispatch, sales, and other internal teams.
- Track pending, completed, delayed, and urgent orders and ensure timely action.
- Maintain proper records of orders, inventory, production status, dispatches, returns, and other operational activities.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team whenever materials or products need to be replenished.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickup,



shipment tracking, delays, delivery issues, and returns.
- Follow up with different departments and vendors to ensure that commitments and deadlines are met.
- Identify operational problems and take timely action to resolve them or escalate them to management.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports.
- Monitor employee/task productivity and follow up on pending work where required.
- Ensure proper communication of management instructions to the relevant teams.
- Coordinate between management and employees to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
- Help implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Check that work is being completed according to company requirements and quality standards.
