Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join the Eaze team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and supporting Wellness Buddies on the platform. You will play a key role in expanding and nurturing our Wellness Buddy community by building relationships, driving onboarding efforts, and ensuring they are equipped to provide an exceptional user experience.

The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, a persuasive approach,



and the ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with potential Wellness Buddies.

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing Wellness Buddies to introduce Eaze and its opportunities.
- Identify, screen, and onboard suitable Wellness Buddies who align with platform guidelines and quality standards.
- Follow up on leads generated through sourcing channels, referrals, campaigns, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Wellness Buddies throughout their journey on the platform.
- Educate Wellness Buddies about platform features, policies, onboarding requirements, and engagement best practices.
- Train and guide newly onboarded Wellness Buddies to ensure successful activation and platform readiness.
- Provide timely assistance and resolve onboarding or operational queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, onboarding status, and daily activities in internal systems.
