We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Team Leader to lead a team that generates and manages property leads, channel partner networks and site visits for our residential real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, proven team-handling ability, an existing network of channel partners/brokers, and the ability to drive the sourcing team to consistently deliver quality leads and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of sourcing executives to identify, onboard and manage channel partners, brokers and local agents.

Plan and execute lead generation activities including site visits, canopy activities, exhibitions and local marketing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners for repeat business.

Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns to drive walk-ins and site visits.

Monitor and report team-wide daily/weekly lead generation and site visit numbers.





Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads is handed over to the sales/closing team.

Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and competitor activity.

Train and guide the sourcing team on lead generation techniques.

Maintain accurate records of channel partners and leads in the CRM.

Resolve escalated channel partner queries and ensure timely payout of brokerage as applicable.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales or lead generation, with some team-leading exposure.

Existing network of brokers/channel partners in and around Kalyan preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, networking and relationship-building skills.

Valuable understanding of the residential real estate market.

Comfortable working with CRM software, Excel and lead-tracking tools.

Willingness to travel locally for site visits and partner meetings.
