We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the complete HR and people operations of our garment manufacturing factory.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in factory HR, manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, employee relations, labour compliance, payroll coordination, contract labour management, and employee engagement.

The role requires a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working closely with factory management, production teams, supervisors, and workers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the factory.
- Plan and manage manpower requirements in coordination with Production and other departments.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, documentation, induction, and workforce deployment.
- Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with Finance/Payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Manage contract labour and coordinate with manpower agencies as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, factory regulations,



and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR MIS, and statutory documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, attrition, and shop-floor employee relations.
- Work closely with production management to improve attendance, retention, discipline, and workforce productivity.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate employee training, induction, skill development, and performance-related processes.
- Support factory audits and ensure HR documentation and statutory records are audit-ready.
- Monitor manpower cost, overtime, absenteeism, attrition, and other HR KPIs.
- Develop HR policies and processes appropriate for a manufacturing workplace.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive workplace culture.
- Advise factory management on HR matters and support business and workforce planning.
