About the Role

We are looking for a
Manager / Lead Business Analyst
with 4–5 years of experience in the
B2B SaaS industry
to own business analysis, requirements management, process improvement, and cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between
business stakeholders, customers, product, technology, sales, and operations
, translating complex business problems into explicit, scalable SaaS solutions.

This is a
managerial-level individual contributor / team-lead role
requiring strong ownership, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and the ability to drive initiatives independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements
- Own end-to-end business analysis for new products, features, integrations, and process improvements.
- Engage with business stakeholders and customers to understand objectives, pain points, workflows, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into
BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and use cases
.




- Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and proposed solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process standardization.

Product & Technology Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in discovery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, release planning, and post-launch reviews.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and technically feasible before development begins.
- Challenge assumptions and help teams make data-driven product and process decisions.
- Support prioritization based on customer value, business impact, effort, and scalability.

Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Work directly with senior business stakeholders and enterprise customers to understand business requirements.
