Job Description: Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with solid expertise in liabilities, savings, and salary portfolios, with a preference for candidates who have handled Government Salary Products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving product strategy, managing cross-functional initiatives, and scaling banking products. A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle
- Conduct market research
- Design and implement product features
- Drive digital solutions

Portfolio Management
- Manage and grow portfolios
- Monitor performance
- Collaborate with analytics

Stakeholder Collaboration




- Work with Operations, Sales, Risk
- Partner with government clients
- Coordinate initiatives

Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure RBI guideline compliance
- Prepare documentation

Process & Efficiency Enhancements
- Identify automation opportunities
- Optimize product journeys

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years experience
- Govt Salary Products exposure
- Understanding of banking ops
- Strong analytical skills
