JOB VACANCY – ACCOUNTANT

Position: Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Kangra, Himachal Pradesh

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, receipts, payments, and ledger entries.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and government departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist management in tender-related financial documentation, if required.

Required Qualification




- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.

Candidate Profile
- Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of accounting and statutory compliance.
- Previous experience in a construction/engineering/infrastructure company will be an advantage.
