Desired profile of the candidate
- 4-7 years of professional software development experience with strong full-stack development background.
- Advanced hands-on expertise in Python, strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js, and hands-on experience with React Native.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations and application architecture.




- Exposure to at least one major cloud/platform technology such as AWS or GCP, with practical experience in Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a proven ability to work independently on complex technical problems.
- Experience with Frappe Framework ERPNext will be a strong advantage.
- Experience leading a development team or acting as a technical lead is preferred, along with exposure to distributed systems, microservices or AI-enabled applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline preferred; equivalent qualified experience with demonstrated technical expertise may also be considered.
