Job Title – Lab Technician
Department: Production Lab
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry
Experience: 1–2 Years or Fresher
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control production process chemicals.
- Check chemical concentration, pH, temperature and solution parameters.
- Perform bath analysis for PTH, Plating, Etching, HASL and related processes.
- Prepare and maintain chemical solutions as per process requirements.
- Maintain daily lab testing and chemical consumption records.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for process control.
- Ensure chemical safety, 5 s and proper handling procedures.
