Job Summary:

The Credit Billing Executive is responsible for preparing, processing, and managing credit bills related to corporate patients, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), insurance companies, government schemes, and institutional accounts. The role ensures accurate billing, timely submission of claims, proper documentation, and coordination with various departments for smooth revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify credit patient bills as per hospital policies and tariff agreements.
- Process bills for insurance, TPA, corporate, government schemes, and other credit accounts.
- Ensure all supporting documents are attached before claim submission.
- Coordinate with nursing stations, consultants, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments for bill clarification.
- Verify patient eligibility and authorization approvals from insurance/TPA companies.
- Submit finalized bills and claims within specified timelines.




- Track submitted claims and follow up for approvals and settlements.
- Handle billing discrepancies, rejections, and deductions from insurance companies and corporate clients.
- Maintain billing records and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with accounts receivable teams for collection and reconciliation of payments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Hospital Billing or Healthcare Management preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital billing, insurance billing, or healthcare finance.
