Experience - 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Monitor network performance and ensure uptime, stability, and reliability.
- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, and VPN environments.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support to users.
- Handle IT inventory management, including tracking, allocation, and maintenance of hardware and equipment.
- Perform system setup and configuration for new joiners, including laptops/desktops, software, email, network access, and required peripherals.
- Implement and monitor network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and threat monitoring.
- Maintain IT/network documentation and performance/security reports.
- Collaborate with IT teams on network solutions, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure,



and upgrade network hardware and software.

Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of network security, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
- Experience in IT inventory management and system setup/support.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to recent technologies.

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
