Position: Customer Service / Banking Process International BPO
Location: Goregaon
Salary: Up to 28,000 In-Hand
Shift: Rotational 247 shifts, including night shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs
Cab: One-way cab facility provided
Eligibility & Requirements
* Graduation is mandatory
* CIBIL score of 680+ is mandatory
* Experience in Banking Process is mandatory
OR
* Experience in Non-Voice / Back-Office Process is required
* Valuable English communication skills are mandatory
* Candidates should be comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer/banking-related queries through the assigned process
* Process and verify customer information and banking transactions
* Maintain accuracy and follow process guidelines
* Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries
* Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information
