Business Development Consultant | Management & Sustainability Consulting

Location : Jasola, New Delhi
Employment Type : Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive business growth for our Management Consulting and Sustainability/ESG services. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Connect with potential clients for Management, Sustainability & ESG consulting services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with consulting teams for suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely deal closure.
- Maintain client records and track business opportunities.




- Stay updated on management, ESG, sustainability, climate, and regulatory trends.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust business development and client-handling abilities.
- Interest/understanding of Management Consulting, Sustainability & ESG.
- Good research and MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Marketing, or related field. Prior experience in business development, consulting, or sustainability will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
