Role Overview

As a Customer Success Intern, you will work with Growbro customers and help them successfully onboard and use the platform.

Responsibilities
- Assist in customer onboarding
- Understand customer requirements
- Help customers understand product features
- Coordinate with technical/product teams when required
- Follow up with recent customers
- Track customer onboarding status
- Collect customer feedback
- Identify customer issues and escalate them
- Maintain customer information in CRM
- Help improve customer retention
- Prepare customer success reports

Ideal Candidate
- BBA student / graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient and customer-focused
- Good problem-solving ability
- Comfortable communicating on calls and WhatsApp
- Organized and responsible
- Interested in SaaS/startups

What You'll Learn

Customer relationship management, SaaS onboarding, retention, product understanding and customer communication.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
