Machine Maintenance Engineer Injection Molding

Position: Machine Maintenance Engineer – Injection Molding
Experience: 6–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance Engineering
Industry: Automotive / Plastic Injection Molding

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliaries.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, servo and sensor-related issues.
- Maintain injection molding machines such as Fanuc, Engel, Haitian, Toshiba, Milacron, etc.
- Ensure high machine availability, OEE improvement and downtime reduction.
- Plan PM schedules and maintain breakdown/maintenance records.
- Handle chillers, dryers,



compressors, hopper loaders and other utilities.
- Support mold trials, machine setup and commissioning.
- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen and RCA activities.
- Manage spare parts and coordinate with OEM/service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, LOTO, IATF/ISO requirements.
