- Supervise and coordinate service staff activities in the restaurant or banquet areas.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours.
- Greet and seat guests courteously; anticipate guest needs and handle complaints professionally.
- Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and service flow.
- Train and mentor junior captains, stewards, and service associates.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for order accuracy and special requests.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and settlement of guest checks.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards as per SOPs.
- Assist in inventory control, requisitioning, and reporting shortages or breakages.
- Support in planning and executing special events, promotions, and theme nights
