Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven IT Bench Sales Recruiter / Business Development Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants to staffing vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bench sales, vendor management, consultant marketing, IT staffing, and business development. This person will be responsible for identifying suitable contract opportunities, aggressively marketing consultant profiles, developing vendor relationships, generating interview opportunities, and helping consultants move through the hiring process.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace and should have an established network of IT staffing vendors and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote IT consultants to staffing vendors, implementation partners, and potential clients based on their technical skills, experience, location,



work authorization, and availability.
- Review consultant resumes and understand their technical background well enough to identify appropriate job opportunities.
- Search and identify relevant contract and contract-to-hire opportunities through job boards, vendor portals, recruiter networks, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT staffing vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and client-facing organizations.
- Communicate with vendors regarding job requirements, consultant profiles, rates, interview availability, work authorization, and submission procedures.
- Submit qualified consultants to suitable requirements and aggressively follow up on submissions.
- Generate interview opportunities by effectively marketing consultant profiles and maintaining consistent vendor communication.
