E-Commerce Growth Executive

The E-Commerce Growth Executive is responsible for driving online sales, improving profitability, optimizing product listings, and expanding the company's presence across existing and new online marketplaces. The role focuses on revenue growth, margin improvement, marketplace expansion, and identifying new e-commerce opportunities to support the companys long-term growth.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, OnBuy, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor and improve key e-commerce KPIs including sales, profit margins, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box performance, and advertising ROI.
- Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ Content, keywords, and product specifications.
- Conduct competitor, pricing, product, and marketplace research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify new products, categories, brands, and marketplaces with strong commercial potential.
- Manage and optimize marketplace pricing to improve sales velocity and profitability.




- Support the launch of new products and brands across online marketplaces.
- Identify opportunities to expand into current international marketplaces and markets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and fulfilment teams to reduce stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Manage marketplace promotions, deals, discounts, and seasonal sales opportunities.
- Analyse customer and marketplace data to identify trends and make data-driven commercial decisions.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement processes that improve cost, productivity, and scalability.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams to support overall e-commerce growth.
