Dr. Seth’s Pathlab LLP, an NABL-accredited laboratory, is looking for an experienced Lab Technician to join our Microbiology Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle clinical samples as per laboratory protocols
- Perform routine microbiology investigations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain culture media, reagents and laboratory materials
- Perform microscopy, staining and culture-related procedures
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper sample identification
- Follow quality control, biosafety and infection-control protocols
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper housekeeping
- Work in accordance with NABL and laboratory quality standards

Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a microbiology laboratory
- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or relevant qualification




- Candidates with experience in an NABL-accredited laboratory will be preferred
- Valuable knowledge of microbiology laboratory procedures and sample handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
