Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Data Engineer to spearhead our data transformation initiatives. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of migrating our data

infrastructure from on-premises systems to a modern, cloud-native environment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

You will be responsible for designing, building, and administering scalable and resilient data solutions that drive our business forward. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who thrives in a dynamic setting, is ready to adapt to new challenges, and can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. This position requires deep expertise in GCP, a strong background in data migration, and excellent communication skills.

What your main responsibilities are:
- Lead Cloud Transformation:



Drive the migration of data pipelines and workloads from on-premises environments to Google Cloud Platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Design Cloud-Native Data Solutions: Architect and implement secure, scalable, and resilient data solutions on GCP using key services like BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, and Pub/Sub.
- Build & Modernize Data Pipelines: Develop, optimize, and support robust ELT/ETL workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and integration across diverse enterprise systems.
- Drive Innovation and Adaptability: Champion the adoption of modern data engineering practices and adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements to continuously improve our data ecosystem.
- Ensure Data Quality & Governance: Implement data validation, lineage tracking, monitoring, and robust security controls within the GCP environment to maintain data integrity and compliance.
