Job Description

Team Lead PSS & Transmission Line PMC

The Team Lead PSS & Transmission Line PMC will lead package-level Project Management Consultancy (PMC) monitoring, coordination, governance, and interface management activities for Pooling Substations (PSS) and EHV/UHV Transmission Line systems associated with renewable energy evacuation infrastructure. The role is responsible for monitoring project progress, quality, HSE compliance, interface management, commissioning readiness, energization activities,



and Handover to Operations (HOTO) requirements while providing independent recommendations to the Client and PMO leadership.

Key Responsibilities

PMC Leadership & Package Coordination
- Lead PSS and EHV/UHV Transmission Line PMC monitoring activities, site coordination, governance reviews, and package-level reporting.
- Coordinate contractors, Client representatives, utilities, PMO teams, and discipline engineers for effective project execution monitoring.
- Drive package priorities and support resolution of multidisciplinary project interface issues.

Progress, Planning & Interface Management
- Review project schedules, milestone achievement, resource deployment, and construction progress across substation and transmission line packages.
- Monitor interfaces between PSS, transmission line systems, renewable generation facilities, CTU/STU networks, and utility stakeholders.
