- Perform manual soldering of electronic components.
- Solder wires, terminals, connectors and PCB components.
- Follow work instructions and process specifications.
- Maintain proper soldering temperature and parameters.
- Inspect solder joints for quality and defects.
- Perform visual inspection of soldered connections.




- Identify and rectify soldering defects.
- Perform rework as per approved procedure.
- Handle soldering iron and tools safely.
- Maintain ESD precautions while working.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and 5S.
- Follow PPE and safety requirements.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Record production and rejection details.
- Report quality issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling of components and materials.
- Follow FIFO and material identification practices.
- Maintain tools and equipment in valuable condition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
