Job Overview :

The Sales Support will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across various sports-related products and services. The role involves leading a agile sales team, building strategic partnerships and expanding the company's presence within schools, corporates and sports communities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the companys vision and business objectives.
- Define revenue goals, monitor performance metrics and achieve growth targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for expansion.

2. Team Management
- Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Sales Executives.
- Set team goals, provide regular performance feedback and drive accountability.




- Foster a results-oriented culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, corporates, academies and sponsors.
- Develop customized offerings for clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the face of the company in high-profile meetings and negotiations.

4. Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue through the promotion of inter-school sports events, corporate tournaments, training programs and sports-day activities.
- Develop tailored corporate tournaments for team-based events (e.g., cricket, soccer, marathons).
- Lead the acquisition of sponsorships and partnerships to maximize revenue and brand exposure.

5. Operational Oversight
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, venue bookings and equipment management.
