SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As an Executive - Planning & Distribution, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and movement of products across the supply chain. In this role, you will take ownership of distribution activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help optimize logistics operations to deliver excellent customer service. Your contribution will directly support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction by ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time.

This role is based at Ranjangaon, Pune and reports to Manager - Planning & Distribution.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end order processing cycle, including order entry, invoicing, credit/debit notes, billing, and dispatch documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Transport teams to ensure on-time delivery and achieve delivery performance targets.




- Monitor order fulfillment and proactively provide accurate updates on order and delivery status to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure stock availability aligns with business and customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve delivery and service issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize complaints.
- Demonstrate company leadership values and actively contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused culture, strengthening the Penguin Spirit across daily operations.

Qualification & Experience: -
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- More than 3 years of experience in planning, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Solid ownership, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
