Key Responsibilities
- Prepare US Business Tax Returns, including Forms 1120 and 1120S, along with applicable state tax filings.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate and partnership tax returns.
- Review financial records, including income statements, expense records, and supporting documentation.
- Assist clients in gathering the necessary documents and information for tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Support senior team members in reviewing client tax positions and compliance requirements.
- Conduct basic tax research to resolve discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organized tax records and files.

Client & Delivery Management
- Serve as a point of contact for client communication through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with clients to obtain required tax documents and information.
- Coordinate with senior team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax assignments.




- Maintain an efficient electronic and physical filing system.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines, particularly during tax season.

Office & Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Monitor office equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Ensure office operations follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- 12 years of experience in US tax preparation or a related field.
- Basic understanding of US federal and state taxation.
- Basic knowledge of US business tax forms, preferably Forms 1120 and 1120S.
- Familiarity with tax software and accounting tools such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skill
