Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Accounts Executive** with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the **real estate/developer industry**. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, taxation, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

* Maintain and update **general ledger, sub-ledgers, journal entries, and vouchers**.

* Manage **GST accounting, reconciliation, and compliance**.

* Prepare and file **GST returns** and ensure timely statutory compliance.

* Handle **TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and returns**.

* Prepare and maintain **bank reconciliation statements (BRS)**.

* Assist in preparation and maintenance of **Balance Sheet,



Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance**.

* Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of vendor/customer accounts.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

* Verify invoices, bills, purchase entries, sales entries, and supporting documents.

* Ensure proper accounting of **receivables, payables, advances, expenses, and collections**.

* Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.

* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for accounting and taxation matters.

* Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.

* Ensure all accounting entries and transactions are accurately recorded in **Farvision ERP**.

* Generate and analyze accounting reports as required by management.

* Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
