Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Creative Lead to lead and manage our creative team, including designers and copywriters, while ensuring high-quality creative work is delivered within timelines. The role involves developing creative ideas and concepts, guiding the team through execution, and presenting creative solutions to clients across digital, social media, branding, campaigns, print, video, and other media.

The ideal candidate should have solid creative ideation, team leadership, client presentation, and hands-on design/video capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of designers and copywriters.
- Develop creative ideas, concepts, campaign directions, and visual approaches based on client objectives.
- Translate briefs into compelling creative concepts and communicate the creative rationale clearly.
- Prepare and present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, explain the thinking behind the ideas, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor creative tasks to ensure timely delivery.




- Review and approve creative outputs while maintaining quality, brand consistency, and creative standards.
- Provide creative direction for social media, digital campaigns, branding, print, video, reels, presentations, and other media.
- Work closely with content, digital marketing, accounts, and other teams to understand project requirements and develop integrated creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and business requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor team members to improve creative quality and execution.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, advertising trends, social media formats, visual storytelling, AI tools, and creative technologies.
- Support the team with hands-on design, video editing, motion graphics, or creative execution
