Role & responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Staffing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting US Staffing requirements.
- Hands-on experience working with MSP and VMS programs.
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce hiring models.
- Experience in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent recruitment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for Technology, Digital, ERP, Engineering, Healthcare or Skilled Services roles.
- Exposure to major MSP programs and vendor management environments.
- Knowledge of SOW, contingent labour and workforce solutions.
