Job Description for Junior Visual Merchandising

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Executive who should have a solid understanding of both client relationship management and the specific processes involved in creating and installing signage solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves coordinating between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.




- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with the design, and production teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Oversee the complete project cycle from initial client inquiry through design, production, and installation.
- Ensure that projects are delivered within agreed timelines and to client specifications.
- Track project progress, flag potential delays, and communicate solutions to clients.
- Maintain thorough records of project details, client communications, and status reports.
- Quotation & Proposal Management:
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals based on client requirements, working closely with the production teams.
- Present proposals to clients and provide detailed explanations of costs, timelines, and scope of work.
